If you are not happy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we endeavour to rectify the situation. Returns are dealt with on an individual basis.

Damaged Items

If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, it's suggested you document the damage and keep any and all packaging for inspection. If the item inside is also damaged please handle with care and document this also with images. We must be notified of any damages to the product no later than 2 days from the delivery date.

If returning damaged items, you will be reimbursed the shipping costs upon receipt of proof of postage with a known service.

I've changed my mind

If you change your mind within 12hrs of ordering, there is a chance we haven't processed your order yet, so send us a message andf we'll cancel and refund you. If we've processed or are processing your order, there may be a 10% admin fee deducted from the refund.

If you change your mind once the parcel has been dispatched / delivered, you can return your unopened parcel to us, providing you cover the return costs. If you refuse delivery this will incur fees from the carrier which will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the goods you'll be refunded minus 10% admin fee to the original payment method. This can take up to 10 business days to fully process.

 Note: If returning the goods, the exterior parcel must be unopened. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot guarantee the inside product has not been contaminated, so we ask that the original exterior packaging is still intact.
